Summer Food Site Location Information

Summer Food Site Location Information

Posted on June 5, 2019

Dear Oceanlake families,

Summer is coming up soon. You may be thinking about what your child will do for meals while school is out. The good news is that the U.S. Department of Agriculture partners in your local community to serve free meals. It’s food that is in while school is out.

There are no income requirements, any child between the ages 1 to 18 may come to eat.

Click here for the site locations for the Lincoln County Area. It lists the addresses of the sites as well as the serving days and times.

A list of the summer meal sites now posted on the website under menus/summer meal sites and on the summer learning resources link website: https://lincoln.k12.or.us/resources/family/menus/
Also, please be aware we have a full list of Summer Learning Resources updated as well: https://lincoln.k12.or.us/resources/family/summer/

If you or an organization would like to host a summer site, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information and training that is needed.

If you have any questions please contact the Lincoln County School District’s Nutrition Services Office at 541-336-2156. We will be happy to assist you in any way possible.

We look forward to seeing your children this summer! Thanks!

Sincerely,

Patty Graves
