Authorities have evacuated North Lincoln City.

The Red Cross is setting up an emergency shelter at South Beach Oregon Coast Community College and they are administering it. The Forestry Department will be set up at Oceanlake Elementary.

The key here is safety. We will contemplate what we are doing for education for kids later. We will communicate throughout the day.

Stay safe and Help where you can.

Administrators may be called upon to help up North so stand ready.
