| Participant size limited to 24 per session | Room 25 can fit up to 24 participants socially distanced 6 feet apart. |
| Use of RSVP to monitor size of group. This will also generate a participant list that will be used for entry and exit. | There will be an assigned staff member at the door asking health questionnaire and marking time in/out and directing them to walk promptly to room 25. |
| Each cohort will have at least one hour between morning sessions and a half hour between evening sessions. | This will allow space to be cleaned and set up for new cohorts. This will limit the number of participants in room 25 and the building. |
| Teacher doors in hall A will be closed. | Parents will be directed to walk to room 25. This will limit exposure to teachers who may be working in their rooms. Teachers will be notified of the times of each session. |
| Sessions will have a start and stop time. | |
| All participants will be required to wear masks, socially distance and hand sanitize upon entry. | Staff will be in the foyer to monitor. |
